Remote, Contract-based Pennsylvania Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Opportunity - 6–10 Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Pennsylvania Personal Injury Litigation Attorney . Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week . Attorney Responsibilities: Provide litigation support on Pennsylvania personal injury matters Prepare trial-related documents, including motions in limine, trial briefs, jury instructions/questions, and other pre-trial motions Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents Conduct legal research and assist with trial strategy Assist with trial preparation and active litigation matters Collaborate with attorneys to ensure cases are prepared for upcoming trials Attorney Requirements: Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania Minimum of 5+ years of Pennsylvania personal injury litigation experience Extensive trial preparation and litigation experience Strong drafting skills, particularly for pre-trial motions and briefs Excellent legal research and analytical skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Self-starter who can work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour .
