Position Overview AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Coverage Specialist to help clients explore life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. You will work from home, conduct virtual appointments, and help individuals and families feel more confident about their coverage decisions. Our team provides warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship so you can develop your skills and pursue meaningful career growth. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
