Remote Credit Repair Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with improving their credit profiles, managing disputes, and providing excellent customer support throughout the credit repair process.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client credit reports
• Prepare and manage dispute processes
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding account updates and progress
• Monitor dispute timelines and follow up with credit bureaus and creditors as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Qualifications

• Experience in credit repair, credit analysis, or a related field
• Knowledge of credit reporting and dispute processes

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with credit repair software and CRM systems is a plus
