About the Role

This is a fully remote position supporting clients through phone and Zoom conversations, following clear processes, and managing follow-up activities. You’ll work independently from your own home office while receiving full training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communication and support activities remotely
• Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations
• Follow established processes and keep accurate records
• Respond to enquiries in a clear and professional manner
• Manage your own schedule and work autonomously
• Take part in ongoing training and development

We’re Looking For Someone With

• Experience in administration, customer service, office coordination, or client support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using Zoom, email and online tools
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
• A professional, reliable and people-focused approach
• The ability to work independently
