Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives
. In this fully remote role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, provide outstanding customer service, explain benefit options, and help working families protect what matters most.

We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom.
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Answer client questions and provide ongoing support.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Participate in weekly coaching, virtual training, and professional development.
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team.
