Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives
. In this fully remote role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Provide exceptional customer service and professional client support.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Build lasting relationships through trust and personalized service.
Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up records.
Collaborate with a supportive remote team.
