Key Responsibilities

• Label and review text, image, audio, and video datasets using project-specific annotation guidelines
• Execute QA evaluation routines (spot checks, error categorization, corrections) to maintain training data quality
• Perform RLHF-style preference ranking, prompt evaluation, and rubric-based LLM evaluation
• Complete NLP tasks such as classification, summarization scoring, and named entity recognition
• Support computer vision annotation (bounding boxes, polygons, keypoints, attribute tagging)
• Apply content safety labeling policies and flag sensitive or policy-relevant content
• Document edge cases, propose guideline clarifications, and reduce annotation drift
• Use labeling tools, hit throughput/quality targets, and communicate blockers in a remote setting
  
  

Qualifications

• Mid-Senior experience in data annotation, data labeling, QA evaluation, or adjacent AI data operations
• Strong attention to detail and written reasoning for ambiguous cases
• Familiarity with RLHF, prompt evaluation, and LLM training pipelines preferred
• Experience with annotation guidelines compliance and training data quality processes
