About the Role: Anytime Fitness in Aberdeen, WA is looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry specialist to join our growing team! Responsibilities: Accurately input and maintain member data, records, and information into internal systems Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency Update and manage membership databases and spreadsheets Process and organize digital documents and files in a timely manner Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or missing information Generate basic reports and summaries as requested by management Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive member and business data Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Proven data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines independently Excellent written communication skills for remote team collaboration About Us: Anytime Fitness is one of the world's largest and most trusted fitness franchise networks, dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals 24/7.
