  • Build structured recruiting workflows for hard-to-fill and location-constrained roles
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Cleared Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain pipelines of security-cleared professionals

  • Work across clearance categories including Secret, TS, TS/SCI, and polygraph-related environments
  • Understand reactivation windows, reciprocity, and appropriate compliance boundaries
  • Use candidate self-reported information appropriately as an initial qualification step
  • Coordinate formal verification with Facility Security Officers and customer security teams

Military & Veteran Talent Translation

  • Interpret military occupational backgrounds, including MOS, rate, rank, and service history
  • Translate military experience into civilian and government-contracting role requirements
  • Engage credibly with transitioning service members and veterans
  • Help candidates understand how their operational experience maps to relevant opportunities
  • Build trust through informed and respectful communication with military communities

Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Set realistic recruiting timelines based on clearance, geography, and market constraints
  • Advise stakeholders on cleared-talent availability and sourcing strategy
  • Maintain clear communication throughout active searches
  • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline performance to support informed decision-making

Ideal Profile

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Significant experience recruiting cleared, defence, federal, or GovCon talent
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and placing security-cleared professionals
  • Strong understanding of U.S. security-clearance levels and processes
  • Familiarity with Secret, TS, TS/SCI, polygraph requirements, reciprocity, and reactivation considerations
  • Experience working with FSOs or customer security offices
  • Strong fluency in military and veteran backgrounds, including MOS and rate interpretation
  • Advanced sourcing, screening, candidate-engagement, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill or geographically constrained positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, metrics-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions
  • U.S.-based recruiting professional
  • Experience recruiting maritime, Navy, drone/UAS, combat-operator, or similarly specialised defence talent is advantageous
  • Background as a military recruiter, FSO, or veteran is beneficial
  • Familiarity with contingent, project-based, or RPO staffing models in the defence or federal sector is a plus
