We are a specialized recruitment agency hiring on behalf of our client for an international automotive customer service project. We are looking for motivated Dutch- and English-speaking candidates to join the customer service team remotely from anywhere within Portugal.

Please note: This position is only available to candidates who already reside in Portugal. Relocation support is not provided.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Dutch-speaking customers on behalf of a leading international automotive brand. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide clear and accurate information, manage individual cases, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support to Dutch-speaking customers
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via the available communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and customer requests
• Identify customer needs and find appropriate solutions
• Manage and document customer cases accurately
• Follow up on open cases until resolution
• Handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
• Communicate with customers in Dutch and use English internally where required
• Follow internal processes, quality standards, and project guidelines
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluent or native-level Dutch
• Good command of English
• Currently residing in Portugal
• Available to work full-time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable using digital systems and customer service tools
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented working style
• Availability to work rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday

What you get:

• Base salary: €1,073 gross, paid 14 times per year
• Gross annual base salary: €15,022
• Welcome bonus: €2,000 during the first year!
• First-year compensation: €17,022 gross, excluding the food allowance
• Average first-year compensation: approximately €1,418.50 gross per month, calculated across the year
• Food allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Typical total monthly value including the food allowance: approximately €1,571–€1,594 on average
• Work model: 100% remote from within Portugal
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

Equipment Collection:

• Candidates living within 50 kilometres of the Braga office must collect their work equipment in person.
• Equipment will be shipped to candidates living more than 50 kilometres from the office.
  
  
  

Important:

No relocation support is available for this position. Candidates must already reside in Portugal and have the legal right to work there.

Living and Working in Portugal:

Although the project is connected to the Braga site, the position can be performed remotely from anywhere within Portugal. Braga is a historic and vibrant city in northern Portugal, known for its rich culture, impressive architecture, and high quality of life.
