Job Summary: We are seeking a highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist (E-Commerce) to support the daily operations of our growing Amazon e-commerce business. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong hands-on experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and improving business processes. Previous Amazon or e-commerce experience is a plus but not required. The Remote Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist (E-Commerce) will be responsible for managing product, inventory, and operational data within the company's ERP system, coordinating information with Amazon Seller Central, analyzing data, resolving operational issues, and supporting business efficiency through accurate recordkeeping and process improvement. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while quickly adapting to new systems, tools, and workflows. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone eager to grow into a key role within a dynamic and expanding e-commerce organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage products, inventory, purchase orders, and operational data within the company's ERP system. Maintain accurate product, inventory, and system records. Coordinate data between the ERP system and Amazon Seller Central. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational issues. Generate reports and analyze data to support business decisions. Learn and apply new software, tools, and processes efficiently. Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and workflows. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Proficient level of English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates. Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Acumatica, or similar platforms. Previous experience supporting e-commerce operations or Amazon businesses is a plus but not required. Excellent computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management). Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach. Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows. Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision. Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs. Interested in long-term career opportunities. Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet. Compensation & Benefits: 100% remote work. Compensation in USD.
