Job Description This is a remote position. We’re looking for a detail-driven Remote Event Operations Specialist to support the coordination of high-impact, client-facing events. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping major event operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You will manage scheduling, client communications, and event-related logistics, ensuring every detail is confirmed and every interaction feels professional and seamless. You will work closely with our team to keep timelines organized, support live and upcoming events, and help deliver a polished experience from start to finish.
