Remote - Fullstack AI-Native Developer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong experience in Node.js and React.js to build scalable, real-time web applications and AI-powered products.

This role is ideal for an AI-native engineer who actively uses AI to improve the way they design, develop, debug, and deliver software - not simply delegate coding to AI.

You will work closely with international clients and internal teams, so strong English communication, ownership, and an agency mindset are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Build and integrate real-time features and services
• Work across both frontend and backend, taking ownership of features from concept to production.
• Design APIs, system architecture, and integrations with third-party services.
• Leverage AI orchestration and AI-native development workflows to improve engineering productivity and product delivery.
• Collaborate directly with international clients to understand requirements, discuss technical solutions, and provide clear updates.
• Identify technical challenges proactively and propose practical solutions.
• Work independently with a high level of ownership while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Review code, improve system quality, and contribute to technical decisions and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Node.js, React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, and scalable web applications.
• Solid experience with AI-native development and AI orchestration - such as integrating LLMs, AI agents, workflows, or orchestration frameworks into software products.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills (C1/Ielts 7.0)
• Comfortable working directly with international clients in an agency/service environment.
• Strong ownership and agency mindset - able to understand problems, make decisions, communicate proactively, and drive work forward without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently across different teams and time zones.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI agents, LLM applications, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with event-driven or distributed systems.
• Experience building real-time applications with WebSockets/WebRTC or other real-time communication technologies.
• Experience working with international clients or software agencies.
• Experience designing and evolving systems at scale.
