Required Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial software development experience, with a track record of senior-level ownership. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript across both frontend and backend. Solid experience with Node.js for backend development and building RESTful APIs. Strong proficiency in React.js, including component architecture, state management, and hooks. Experience with relational or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred). Demonstrated ability or potential to mentor developers and take on technical leadership responsibilities. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
