Compensation The salary range for applicable W-2 positions is $350,000–$600,000 , depending on schedule, workload, experience, geographic location, productivity, certifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation and incentives may include productivity bonuses, commencement bonuses, retention bonuses, and annual citizenship bonuses, depending on the applicable position and employment model.
