Remote | Human Resources/ Learning & Development Expert — $150–$350/hour

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Human Resources and Learning & Development Experts with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, presentation reconstruction, data visualisation, visual storytelling, content editing, and executive-level HR communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project.

Selected professionals will reconstruct and enhance HR, learning, and organisational-development presentations while preserving factual accuracy, domain terminology, critical definitions, and relevant context. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

PowerPoint Slide Reconstruction

• Reconstruct HR and L&D slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Accurately reproduce text, charts, layouts, exhibits, and supporting visual elements
• Maintain professional formatting, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency
• Preserve relevant HR terminology, definitions, assumptions, and caveats
• Ensure reconstructed slides remain faithful to the original source material

HR, Learning & Workforce Content

• Review materials covering organisation design, talent development, workforce planning, and compensation strategy
• Apply HR and L&D expertise to assess content for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance
• Preserve domain-specific definitions and data integrity during revisions
• Edit content for precision, consistency, and executive readability
• Identify issues that could affect interpretation or stakeholder decision-making

Presentation Design & Data Visualisation

• Improve slide clarity, visual hierarchy, narrative flow, and overall presentation quality
• Strengthen data visualisation and visual storytelling for senior or client-facing audiences
• Apply evidence-supported titling and effective message hierarchy
• Refine layouts, exhibits, typography, and information structure where appropriate
• Ensure design improvements support the underlying HR or organisational message

Design Review & Decision Rationale

• Evaluate which presentation elements should be improved, retained, or refined
• Produce detailed written logs explaining significant modifications
• Document intentional decisions to preserve strong original content or design choices
• Explain title selection, exhibit choices, and content hierarchy clearly
• Apply critical judgement when assessing alternative presentation approaches

Quality, Delivery & AI Evaluation

• Review completed slides for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation quality
• Apply strong attention to detail across HR content, data, design, and written communication
• Complete individual assignments within approximately 1–2 hours
• Participate in flexible, sprint-driven project cycles with variable volume
• Contribute HR, L&D, and presentation expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, organisational development, workforce strategy, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proven experience creating or enhancing executive-level or client-facing presentations
• Strong slide-reconstruction, presentation-design, and data-visualisation skills
• Experience with visual storytelling, content editing, and message hierarchy
• Familiarity with organisation design, talent development, workforce planning, or compensation topics
• Strong written communication and business-presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical-thinking ability
• Ability to explain evidence-supported titles, exhibit choices, and design decisions clearly
• Strong commitment to factual accuracy and domain integrity
• Comfortable working independently in a project-based, sprint-driven environment
• Prior experience with AI data training, evaluation, or rubric development is advantageous but not required

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $150–$350/hour
• Individual slide assignments are expected to take approximately 1–2 hours
• Work will involve PowerPoint slide reconstruction, HR and L&D content review, presentation design, data visualisation, content editing, and visual storytelling
• Assignments may include organisation-design decks, training materials, workforce-planning presentations, compensation reviews, and related executive content
• Work may be organised through flexible, sprint-based project cycles with variable volume
• Strong domain judgement, factual accuracy, and presentation quality are central to this engagement
• Project scope, workload, presentation topics, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
