[Remote] IBM BAW Tech Lead
Dikshatek VNWe're looking for an experienced IBM BAW Developer to join a delivery team serving a major EU & US client.
What you'll do:- Design and develop workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
- Build process applications with IBM BPM
- Integrate systems via REST APIs and web services
- Optimize business processes through automation
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams
- 3-5+ years with IBM BAW / IBM BPM
- Strong Java and JavaScript skills
- Experience with process modeling and workflow automation
- REST API integration expertise
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work in EU OR US timezone overlap
- Experience in leading technical discussions, mentoring team members.
