Summary

We're seeking a Remote Lead Generation Associate to identify and engage prospective customers through outbound phone calls while generating qualified appointments for our team. You'll play a key role in the customer acquisition process by initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. This entry-level remote opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy talking with people and working in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Generate and qualify new leads based on company guidelines.
• Schedule appointments for interested and qualified prospects.
• Accurately document customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up activities.
• Build rapport with potential customers while providing a positive experience.
• Follow approved call scripts, outreach procedures, and compliance standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Support additional lead generation campaigns and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience in lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, outbound sales, telemarketing, call center operations, recruiting, or business development is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
