Lead Generation Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, building prospect lists, initiating contact from social channels, and nurturing prospects through structured outreach campaigns. The role involves collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize lead-generation strategies, and accurately document interactions and outcomes in CRM tools. The specialist will be expected to track and report on lead metrics, continuously improve conversion rates, and ensure a professional, consultative approach in all communications.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Leads and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Sales skills for engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and supporting deal progression.
• Candidates should possess solid Research skills to analyze markets, identify decision-makers, and understand operations and pain points.
• Experience with CRM platforms, lead-tracking tools, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and optimize outreach.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes; experience in technology or SaaS environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
