** Responsibilities **
Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions
Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings
Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
** Qualifications **
Must have at least 1 year of experience in lemon law practice
Active law license in CA
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Proficiency with legal research tools and remote work platforms
High attention to detail and excellent organization
** Training Requirement **
30-day onsite training at our Los Angeles office required before transitioning to full remote status
Training covers firm procedures, case management systems, and client service standards
