Remote Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer – Night Shift (US Hours)

Scaled Inc is a premier staff augmentation firm connecting USA-based MSPs with top South African IT talent. As we grow, we’re seeking Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer skilled in Microsoft 365, Cloud Infrastructure, Desktop Support, and Virtualization.

Responsibilities:

• Office 365 Migrations & Deployments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Desktop Solutions & Intune Deployments
• Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)
• IT Security & Infrastructure Protection
• IT Project Collaboration & Documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT support (Office 365, Azure, Desktop, and Server Administration).
• Expertise in Azure AD, Virtual Machines, and Storage.
• Experience supporting Windows & macOS.
• Strong troubleshooting and software installation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

MCSE, Azure, VMware, Cisco, Cybersecurity (SANS, GIAC, Fortinet, etc.)

To work efficiently in a remote environment, candidates must have:

• Dedicated Home Office – A quiet, separate private room with a door
• High-Speed Internet – Fibre connection with at least 50 Mbps upload and download
• Computer Equipment – A laptop or desktop suited for IT support tasks
• Audio & Video Setup – A headset for clear communication and a webcam for video calls
• Backup Power – A reliable power source to maintain connectivity during outages
