- Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Central Standard Time
- Location: 100% remote from Latin America

About the role:
As the Operations & Dispatch Coordinator, you'll oversee and coordinate parking enforcement activity across a portfolio of managed parking locations from a centralized, technology-driven command center. You'll monitor a live enforcement dashboard, investigate and validate flagged vehicles and parking activity across multiple systems, and determine the appropriate enforcement action before dispatching internal staff or third-party enforcement and towing partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring a live enforcement dashboard to identify vehicles and parking activity requiring further review, including repeat non-paying or potentially non-compliant vehicles
- Researching and validating each flagged situation across multiple data systems before determining the appropriate enforcement action
- Coordinating and dispatching internal enforcement staff and/or third-party enforcement and towing partners once a vehicle is confirmed non-compliant
- Continually analyzing enforcement, payment, and vehicle data to identify trends, repeat offenders, and problem locations
- Identifying revenue opportunities and recommending ways to improve the overall effectiveness of the enforcement program
- Working on other projects as assigned
Key qualifications and skills:
- Experience in operations, or a similar coordination role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to validate data across multiple systems before making decisions
- Comfortable making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and/or third-party vendors
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and reporting opportunities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly Organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating dashboards and multiple data systems
- Bilingual in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Central Standard Time hours
