REMOTE Outside Sales Executive - West Texas (Geosynthetics/Oil & Gas) Location: Must reside in West Texas (Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, San Angelo, or surrounding area) Salary: $85,000 $100,000 + Uncapped Commissions (OTE: $125K+) + ESOP Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance, 401k w/match, PTO, Holidays, ESOP Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: Mon-Fri (Flexible) Travel: Primarily local travel throughout West Texas with occasional overnight travel [60%] Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available REMOTE Outside Sales Executive Description Our client, a leading manufacturer of geosynthetic solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow business throughout West Texas. This role focuses on developing relationships with liner installation contractors and customers within the oil & gas, water transfer, containment, and pond liner markets. The ideal candidate has established relationships within the West Texas market and understands the industries served. While geosynthetics sales experience is preferred, candidates from installation companies, contractors, manufacturing, or other adjacent industries who are looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role offering autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and employee ownership through an ESOP. REMOTE Outside Sales Executive Responsibilities • Develop and grow business throughout the West Texas territory • Build relationships with liner installation contractors, industrial customers, and key partners • Generate new business while expanding existing accounts • Call on customers within the oil & gas, water transfer, containment, and pond liner markets • Conduct customer visits, jobsite meetings, and product presentations • Manage the sales process from prospecting through close • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful project execution • Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and territory plans • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events REMOTE Outside Sales Executive Qualifications • 2+ years of outside sales or relevant industry experience (geosynthetics, liner installation, oil & gas, water transfer, containment systems, or related construction/manufacturing) required • Knowledge of oil & gas, water transfer, containment systems, pond liners, civil construction, or related markets required • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout West Texas with occasional overnight travel required • Experience working for an installation contractor, manufacturer, or related industrial company strongly preferred
