In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing distributor accounts, and engaging directly with local, state, federal law enforcement, and military prospective customers. [Remote] Outside Sales Representative (LE/Military exp req) Responsibilities • Identify, develop, propose, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with distributors • Manage and grow existing distributor and customer accounts based on service agreement • Engage directly with local, state, municipal, and federal agencies to prospect and present products • Travel frequently to industry trade shows and customer sites • Respond to Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) • Manage sales pipeline and channel conflicts through clear communication with sales team • Set realistic customer expectations through coordination with factory • Partner with internal teams on sales, export, and contract compliance including ITAR/EAR • Maintain a book of business — track open orders, manage deliveries, ensure payment reconciliation • Conduct periodic distributor performance assessments and implement improvement plans • Maintain a strong working knowledge of product features, specifications, and industry updates • Understand product certification requirements (NIJ 0101.06/0101.07) [Remote] Outside Sales Representative (LE/Military exp req) Qualifications • 3+ years sales experience required • 2+ years LE, military, federal/state agency, or tactical gear/firearm equipment experience required • Ability to travel up to 50% required • Comfort with cold calling and lead generation required • Ability to work independently and with a small team required
