Position Overview As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs, present tailored coverage options, and close new business. This role combines relationship-building, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-up to help drive agency growth. Success in this role is measured by production, customer relationships, and overall sales performance.
