  • Manage document execution processes and completion requirements.
  • Liaise with lawyers, clients, company secretaries, advisers and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly.
  • Support corporate governance and company secretarial activities where required.
  • Conduct document reviews, organise large volumes of information and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide regular updates on matter progress and flag any risks or delays.
  • Assist with know-how, precedent and process improvement initiatives within the team.

Candidate requirements

  • LPC, SQE, law degree or equivalent legal qualification (including foreign-qualified lawyers).
  • At least two years' experience as a Paralegal, Support Lawyer, Company Secretary Assistant or within a corporate legal function.
  • Previous company secretarial, corporate governance or general corporate law experience is essential.
  • Experience supporting transactions, managing documentation and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
