We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning business. This is a fully remote role supporting a team of Financial Planners, either within a dedicated office structure or a centralised paraplanning function.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support, research, suitability reports, and client recommendations, helping advisers provide an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
Conduct technical research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations.
Review and analyse existing client arrangements.
Liaise with Financial Planners, administrators, and providers to obtain information and progress cases.
Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Support advisers with complex client cases and technical queries.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
About You
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) preferred.
Previous paraplanning experience within an independent financial advice or wealth management environment.
Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection.
Experience producing suitability reports and conducting research independently.
Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.
Comfortable working remotely within a collaborative team environment.
Experience within a pooled paraplanning structure would be advantageous.
