Are you a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys building client relationships and helping customers protect their businesses? Join our growing team at Gallagher Affinity, where you'll manage a dedicated book of business and guide clients through the insurance renewal process for Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) coverage.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer service, account management, and insurance expertise in a fully remote environment.

$26/hour | Remote | Monday-Friday Business Hours

How you'll make an impact

As an Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of renewal accounts and serving as a trusted resource throughout the policy renewal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a dedicated book of business focused on Professional Liability and Errors & Omissions insurance renewals
• Contact clients to review upcoming renewals and gather renewal application information
• Process and enter renewal applications accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
• Answer coverage and policy-related questions while providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate with insureds, carriers, and internal team members to ensure a smooth renewal process
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service
• Maintain detailed account documentation and policy records

• Comprehensive training and ongoing support from an experienced team
• Initial assignment of approximately 50 renewal accounts while learning the business
• Opportunity to grow into a larger portfolio of approximately 100 accounts in peak period
• Typical monthly renewal volume ranges from 70-80 renewals
• Dedicated phone line and remote work setup provided

About you

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and confidently communicate with clients
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred

• Experience with Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance
• Professional Liability insurance experience
• Commercial lines insurance experience
• Prior account management, customer service, or insurance renewal experience
