Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Remote Phone Screening Specialist to conduct initial candidate evaluations, verify qualifications, and schedule interviews for our recruiting team. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, asking structured questions, and helping identify top talent.

You'll receive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to advance within our growing talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 150–250 phone screenings daily.
• Explain job opportunities and hiring expectations.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications using standardized criteria.
• Schedule interviews for qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate notes and applicant records in the CRM.
• Follow approved interview scripts and hiring procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and quality metrics.
• Participate in recruiter coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting structured phone interviews.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Previous recruiting, HR, customer support, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
