We're hiring a detail-oriented Remote Candidate Screening Specialist to evaluate prospective applicants through structured phone interviews and identify qualified individuals for open positions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interviewing, evaluating talent, and helping organizations build exceptional teams.

Working remotely, you'll receive extensive training, structured coaching, and opportunities for advancement within the recruiting department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 150–250 candidate screening calls daily.
• Evaluate applicants against established hiring criteria.
• Explain available positions and answer candidate questions.
• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates.
• Maintain detailed candidate notes within the CRM.
• Ensure hiring documentation is accurate and complete.
• Meet productivity and quality metrics.
• Support ongoing recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong interviewing and listening skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates objectively.
• Reliable internet, computer, and smartphone.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Previous recruitment, staffing, HR, customer service, or call center experience is an advantage.
