Your responsibilities include: Analyze product performance and user behavior across casino and sportsbook verticals to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Define, track, and optimize key product KPIs (retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn, etc.). Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams. Conduct deep-dive analyses on player journeys, game performance, bonuses, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with Product Managers to evaluate feature impact, A/B tests, and new releases. Identify bottlenecks in the customer funnel and propose actionable improvements. Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability. Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations. Support segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance user experience and revenue. Monitor competitor trends and industry benchmarks within the iGaming space. Your expertise to meet the requirement: Proven experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic digital products. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing). Experience working with event-based analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus. Understanding of casino/sportsbook mechanics, player lifecycle, and monetization models is a strong advantage. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fast learning ability and innovative mindset. Experience in Python or statistical tools is a plus.
