Remote Real Estate Photography Sales Rep (Remote)

Archi-Pix is a full-service real estate media company based in the United States, offering photography, drone/aerial, 3D tours, floor plans, cinematic video, and virtual staging to real estate agents nationwide.

We're hiring a remote sales representative to cold call real estate agents across the US and introduce them to Archi-Pix services. This is a high-volume outbound role — you'll be working a US contact list, having real conversations, handling objections, and booking first orders.

What you'll be doing:

• Making 80–120 outbound cold calls per day to real estate agents in assigned US markets
• Following a proven call script with room to build your own natural style over time
• Qualifying agents and getting them to place their first order with Archi-Pix
• Logging all activity and outcomes in our CRM
• Following up with warm leads via phone and email
• Reporting daily call stats and pipeline updates to your manager

What we're looking for:

• Clear, confident English — you'll be speaking with American real estate agents daily
• Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience (real estate, insurance, SaaS, or similar is a plus)
• Resilient and self-motivated — this is a numbers game and you need to enjoy the grind
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Ability to work US business hours

Compensation:

• Base salary + commission on every new agent activated and every repeat order generated
• Commission accelerates as you hit monthly activation targets
