Looking for a remote sales role where you can work with warm leads, build genuine customer relationships, and be rewarded for your performance?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing premium mobile automotive detailing and vehicle protection business based in Southern California looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join their remote team.

This isn't a high-volume call centre role or a script-reading sales job.

You'll work primarily with warm inbound enquiries, helping US customers understand the company's premium detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating services and guiding them towards the right solution.

You'll also follow up with previous leads and customers to generate new and repeat business.

What you'll be doing

• Speak with customers who have already expressed interest in the company's services.
• Understand their needs and recommend the right detailing or vehicle protection solution.
• Confidently handle objections and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up consistently with leads who haven't yet converted.
• Re-engage previous leads and existing customers.
• Help drive sales of premium ceramic coating services, typically valued between $1,300–$2,500.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity using HighLevel CRM.
• Ensure no sales opportunity falls through the cracks.

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.

✔ Has excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

✔ Is confident speaking with US customers over the phone.

✔ Can handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.

✔ Understands the importance of consistent follow-up.

✔ Has previous CRM experience – HighLevel experience is a bonus.

✔ Is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.

✔ Is motivated by commission and performance.

✔ Is comfortable working US Pacific Time aligned hours.

Automotive experience is not required. The services and industry can be taught - we're looking for someone with the right sales ability, communication skills, and drive.

Working Hours - Please read before applying

This role supports a California-based business and requires US Pacific Time overlap.

The business operates primarily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, which translates approximately to:

🕒 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM SAST during US daylight saving time (PDT)

🕒 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM SAST during US standard time (PST)

Some flexibility around exact start and finish times may be available depending on business requirements, particularly on Fridays.
