Job Title: Remote Recruitment Specialist

Summary:

As a Remote Recruitment Specialist, you will support the candidate acquisition process by conducting outbound applicant communication, performing initial phone screenings, and coordinating qualified candidates for interviews. You will help create an efficient and organized candidate pipeline in a high-volume remote recruitment environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 150-250 candidate outreach and screening activities daily.
• Use CRM information to contact prospective candidates.
• Introduce available opportunities and communicate relevant position information.
• Conduct preliminary candidate qualification conversations.
• Evaluate applicants according to predefined recruitment criteria.
• Arrange interviews for candidates who meet initial requirements.
• Keep detailed records of candidate activity and outcomes within the CRM.
• Follow established recruitment scripts and processes.
• Perform other recruitment tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Confident telephone communication.
• Ability to manage high-volume candidate interactions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable primary and secondary internet connection and electricity.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Comfortable working independently from home.
• Recruitment, talent, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience following an English-language script is a plus.
