SUMMARY:

As a Remote Sales Recruitment Specialist, you will combine strong communication and candidate engagement skills to support the recruitment pipeline. You will conduct outbound calls with prospective applicants, introduce available opportunities, perform initial candidate screening, and coordinate qualified candidates for interviews. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable with high-volume communication and can build rapport quickly over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct 150-250 candidate outreach and screening interactions daily using provided candidate information and CRM tools.
• Contact prospective applicants through outbound calls and introduce available employment opportunities.
• Build professional rapport with candidates while gathering relevant information about their experience and qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screening conversations using established qualification criteria.
• Clearly communicate position details, expectations, requirements, and next steps.
• Evaluate candidates based on predefined recruitment and suitability standards.
• Identify qualified applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, communication notes, call outcomes, and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Follow established recruitment scripts, calling procedures, and candidate engagement workflows.
• Complete additional recruitment and candidate support tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
• Confident and professional telephone communication style.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to assess candidate responses.
• Ability to communicate employment opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Primary and secondary internet connection and electricity required.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Previous experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer service, call center, or candidate outreach is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience following an English-language script is a plus.
