Responsibilities
Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
Coordinate reservations for hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
Organize client itineraries and travel documents
Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability and reservations
Maintain accurate records and booking information
Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using a computer and online applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

Professional and dependable
Must be authorized to work in the United States
