Summary

We're looking for an energetic Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with prospective customers, generate qualified opportunities, and schedule appointments for licensed life and health insurance professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outbound sales, relationship building, and exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced remote environment.

As an SDR, you'll receive comprehensive training, work with advanced CRM and dialing technology, and develop valuable sales skills with clear opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
• Introduce company services using approved messaging.
• Qualify interested prospects through structured conversations.
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation after every call.
• Consistently achieve outreach, quality, and appointment goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions and sales training.
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working toward sales KPIs.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and smartphone.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Previous SDR, inside sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Coachable with a positive attitude.
