We are currently seeking a Remote Sales Quoting Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Objectives:

As the Remote Sales Quoting Manager, your primary goal is to oversee the end-to-end process of creating and delivering accurate and timely quotes to our clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving business targets. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of quoting requests
• Collaborating closely with sales, operations, and finance team members
• Developing competitive and compelling quotes aligned with our pricing strategies

Quoting Process Management

In this role, you will:

• Receive and review quoting requests from various team members
• Gather necessary information and analyse customer requirements
• Develop accurate and competitive quotes based on established strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and compliance

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in using quoting software or CRM systems; experience with HubSpot or similar tools would be advantageous
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Remote Working Details:

This is a full-time remote position, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, based on UK time. Please only apply if you can work within these hours.
