Remote Sales Rep: Appointment Setter or High-Ticket Closer (Commission)

PrestonBI books meetings for US real-estate funds and syndicators that raise money from private investors. We're hiring remote salespeople for two seats:

Appointment setter. Call and text warm leads, US real-estate operators who already replied to our outreach. No cold dialling. Qualify them and book the right ones onto a call with our closer. Pay: 5% of the first payment from every client you book who signs. Most sign at $12,000, so one signed client pays you about $600. Commission only, no cap.

High-ticket closer. Take warm, pre-qualified calls with real-estate fund managers and close them. Deals run $8k to $35k. Pay: 10% of collected revenue, no base, no cap.

Both seats:

• Fully remote, at least 4 hours a day overlapping US Eastern business hours.
• Native or near-native spoken English.
• Open to applicants in North America, South America, Europe and South Africa.
