Remote Sales Representative

Red Eleven Agency is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team.

We are seeking confident, professional, and results-driven individuals who are comfortable speaking with business owners, identifying opportunities, and introducing digital solutions that can help businesses grow.

THE ROLE

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective businesses
• Introduce Red Eleven Agency and our digital services
• Identify potential client needs and opportunities
• Present our services professionally
• Follow up with qualified prospects
• Build relationships with business owners
• Convert prospects into paying clients
  

COMPENSATION

Commission-based | $75–$300+ per closed deal

Your earning potential increases with the value and volume of the clients you bring in. Additional performance incentives may be available for high-performing representatives.

• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Reliable, organized, and professional
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required

Experience in digital marketing, web development, social media, or agency sales is a plus.
