We're hiring driven, English-fluent sales professionals to join a growing residential services sales team. This is a high-volume, phone-first sales role focused on closing premium-priced jobs — not discount deals.

💰 Compensation:

$1,000 USD/month base + commission (commission structure to be finalized during offer)

Core Skills (Required):

• High-Volume Phone Execution: Mastery of outbound cold/warm calling and direct phone selling — this is not an email-sequence role.
• Text Campaign & SMS Sales Fluency: Ability to draft, send, and manage high-converting outbound SMS messages that spark real conversations, not spam.
• High-End Value Selling: Comfort selling premium pricing (think $50k+/month quota mindset) by leading with quality, reliability, and white-glove service — not discounts.

Role-Specific Skills:

• Personalized Voice Messaging: Ability to leave custom, warm, non-robotic voice notes via phone/text that actually get callbacks.
• High-Energy Rapport Building: Strong EQ and contagious enthusiasm to connect quickly with homeowners.
• Rehash & Objection Handling: Skilled at reopening dead or stalled residential quotes — identifying past hesitation points and reframing the offer to close.

What we're looking for:

• 1+ years in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or a similar closing role
• Excellent spoken English (B2+ or native-level preferred)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Self-motivated, coachable, and target-driven
