The company is seed-stage, VC-backed, and intentionally small — a lean, fully remote team of engineers split across Europe and the Americas, with no formal management hierarchy. They serve enterprise manufacturing clients and have demonstrated strong commercial traction, and are now expanding their engineering bench to keep pace with growing customer demand. About the Role This role sits at the center of the product: you'll take loosely defined business outcomes and independently define, build, and ship the technical solution, working across the full stack as needed. You'll integrate AI/LLM tools into your workflow to accelerate delivery, and you'll collaborate async-first across US and European hours. Success means shipping meaningful features with minimal oversight while keeping the team informed through clear, proactive communication.
