Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Manager to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting a large federal healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who combines architecture expertise, platform ownership, stakeholder management, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will lead solution design, guide development teams, support production operations, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

This is not a pure developer role. We are looking for someone who can own platform decisions, guide technical teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage multiple workstreams while maintaining architectural integrity.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide architectural guidance across Salesforce applications and integrations
• Own data model, security model, and user access strategies
• Review technical designs and conduct code reviews
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and technical team members
• Manage multiple priorities, projects, and delivery timelines
• Support deployment planning, release management, and production support activities
• Partner directly with business stakeholders and client leadership
• Participate in architecture reviews and solution governance activities
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce platform and integration issues
• Promote development standards, best practices, and operational excellence

Required Experience

• 7+ years of total IT experience
• 6+ years of Salesforce experience
• Experience leading Salesforce solution delivery efforts
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities
• Experience designing Salesforce data models and security models
• Experience supporting multiple user personas and complex sharing requirements
• Ability to evaluate and recommend multiple solution approaches for business problems
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Strong stakeholder-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
