Job Title: Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary:

As a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help identify and engage prospective applicants throughout the early stages of the hiring process. You will communicate with candidates, perform initial qualification calls, assess suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review candidate information and conduct 150-250 daily outreach and screening interactions.
• Engage prospective applicants regarding current employment opportunities.
• Conduct structured preliminary talent assessments by phone.
• Determine candidate suitability using predefined qualification criteria.
• Coordinate qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain complete candidate records and recruitment activity in the CRM.
• Deliver consistent information about roles, requirements, and hiring steps.
• Follow established recruitment scripts and procedures.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong candidate engagement and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective telephone interviewing and active listening skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidate responses objectively.
• Organized approach to high-volume recruiting activity.
• Primary and secondary internet connection and electricity required.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Self-directed and dependable in a work-from-home environment.
• Recruiting, talent acquisition, customer service, or call experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Script-based English communication experience is a plus.
