Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Pakistan – Remote

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time

Break: 45 minutes

Type: Full-Time

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 85,000/month, based on experience

Commission: PKR 35,000 for each successful placement

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Pakistan to support recruitment for U.S. clients.

The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and experience speaking with candidates or clients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Source and screen candidates for different client requirements.
• Speak with candidates confidently over the phone.
• Explain job opportunities clearly and encourage qualified candidates to consider them.
• Handle candidate questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up with candidates and keep recruitment records updated.
• Work on multiple positions and clients at the same time.
• Use Excel, recruitment systems, job boards, and other computer tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Fluent and professional English communication skills.
• Strong phone communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to convince and build interest with passive candidates.
• Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with U.S. recruitment or U.S. candidates is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working 9:00 AM–6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time from Pakistan.
• Must have reliable internet and a quiet environment for calls.

Remote Work Monitoring

Company-approved time and activity monitoring software will be used during working hours. Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured remote environment.

We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, proactive, and comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day.

Salary is 50k - 85k PKR/month (Based on experience) + Commission 35k for each successfull placement
