Role Overview This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates ( class of '25 or '26 ) interested in applying technology to healthcare challenges. You will collaborate with an AI-driven team to rapidly prototype innovative solutions, experiment with emerging AI tools, and work on healthcare data exchange, digital quality measurement, and clinical workflows. Responsibilities include translating complex healthcare problems into prototypes, participating in design sprints, and identifying AI-driven impact opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Recent college graduates with a strong technical aptitude and curiosity about AI tools Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments Nice to have: coursework or experience in health informatics, data science, or programming languages like Python, JavaScript, SQL; familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR); experience with cloud platforms or API development.
