Summary

We're seeking a Remote Telephone Outreach Specialist to connect with prospective customers through outbound phone calls, introduce our services, and schedule qualified appointments. As one of the first points of contact, you'll create positive customer experiences, identify qualified opportunities, and maintain accurate records in our CRM. This entry-level remote position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys speaking with people and achieving measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Place high-volume outbound telephone calls using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Introduce company services in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
• Qualify prospective customers based on established guidelines.
• Schedule appointments for interested and qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-up activities.
• Follow approved call scripts, outreach procedures, and compliance standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and appointment-setting goals.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Support additional outreach campaigns and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional phone etiquette with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound telephone calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM systems and internal software.
• Previous experience in customer service, telephone outreach, call center operations, appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, outbound sales, recruiting, or phone support is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to achieving performance goals.
