Summary

We're looking for a Remote Outreach Specialist to connect with prospective customers through outbound phone calls and help generate qualified appointments. You'll engage leads, provide information about our services, answer general questions, and ensure every interaction is professional and engaging. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, achieving goals, and working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using our dialing platform.
• Introduce available services and engage leads with confidence.
• Qualify interested individuals and schedule appointments.
• Follow established outreach strategies and approved call scripts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call notes within the CRM.
• Provide a professional and positive experience during every interaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Assist with additional outreach campaigns and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
• Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, customer service, outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
