Position Overview

Turn business processes into clear, practical training. You will work with subject matter experts to document workflows and create learning materials that help employees perform their work consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview subject matter experts and document current and future workflows.

• Create and maintain SOPs, process guides, job aids and onboarding materials.

• Develop instructor-led, virtual and self-paced training, including presentations, eLearning and instructional videos.

• Organize learning content libraries and coordinate stakeholder reviews.

• Improve materials using learner feedback, process changes and adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in training, instructional design, learning and development, process documentation, technical writing or a related role.

• Experience interviewing subject matter experts and developing training for different delivery formats.

• Experience with a learning management system and recording and editing instructional videos.

• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong written communication, facilitation, organization and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

• A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience with UKG Ready Learning/Schoox, Visio, Lucidchart, Canva, Adobe Captivate or similar tools.
