As a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with researching vacation options, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing personalized service.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training resources and mentorship are available.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching and planning cruises, family vacations, resort stays, group travel, and destination getaways. Help travelers compare vacation packages, understand travel options, coordinate reservations, and prepare for upcoming trips.

Develop positive client relationships, maintain accurate reservation information, communicate with travel suppliers, and promote travel services through referrals, networking, and online marketing.

Training and Support

Leisure Life Travel provides access to travel industry education, supplier training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Learn about popular destinations, cruise lines, resorts, reservation systems, customer service, and travel marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required.
